How to use:
• Shake well. Pour desired amount of CHI Blondest Blonde Ionic Powder Lightener into a plastic bowl and add an equal amount of CHI Color Generator to achieve desired consistency. Amounts may vary according to technique and application used.
• For full head or retouch applications use 10 or 20 volume CHI Color Generator.
• For off-the-scalp lightening, use 10, 20, 30, or 40 volume for 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 or 7-8 levels of desired lift, respectively.
• Always apply no closer than 1/8” from the scalp for both on and off- the-scalp procedures.
